Absolutely! I will email the link to an entire folder of them. They worked SO WELL for me this year and my students loved them. Let me know if you have any questions about them or if you want links to other folders. I can send you all sorts of stuff to poke around in.
May I please have access to your continuous texts. This would be a great addition to my reading folders for my students. Thank you. Miller.crystal@crestlinebulldogs.org
Hi Randee! I hope you’re well! This year has been absolutely nuts, here in San Diego!!! I was wondering if you might share your 🤦🏽♀️CONTINUOUS TEXT (absolutely love how you made them) with me? ❤️
I love the concept of continuous text with a familiar topic of study or a summary of a class read aloud! I know you are using only explicitly-taught words in the sentences, but “Do you be kind?”—and “I do be kind,” doesn’t work grammatically.
You are correct, they're not the greatest. But I think it sounds okay if you're thinking and phrasing it as do you be kind (to your sister or whomever) and I do be kind (most of the time). I'm not sure why I didn't just put are you kind because we have learned -ar. I think I might go back and change those. Thanks for your comment!
Sorry- didn’t mean to imply you should change- I am just a little over the top on grammar. It was truly fine! Love the idea tho. We read Brave Norman-a book in our Making Meaning curriculum and we write about it, etc but I’m going to try to do my first continuous text with the majority of class. Is it the comic sans font you use? And just a blank table with four sections? Thanks for all of your great ideas!
I would love access to your continuous texts. Thank you so much! My email is lagojuli@shenschools.org

Oh! Continuous Text! Email me so I can send you the link.
Hi Shasha! Long time no hear! I am well, but worn out. I’m not sure what you’re asking for here.

Changed! Done! Thanks again!

Yes, blank table with however many sections. Do you know how to merge and split sections? Not necessary but helpful. You will have fun making it!
Randee, what email address should I use. @substack.com?
GMAIL! missbusybeekindergarten@gmail.com
Can you send me your continuous texts? I have some but not your latest! Tammy.brearley@gmail.con
Sure! Just sent a folder full!
